DIGITAL LEAD GROWTH

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) constitute a binding agreement between Digital Lead Growth (“we,” “us,” or “our”) and you (“you” or “your”), governing your engagement of our digital marketing and advertising services (collectively, “Services”).

By making a payment to us, you agree to these Terms.

1. Use of Services

Our Services are provided exclusively for legitimate business purposes related to marketing and advertising. You agree not to use our Services for unlawful, misleading, or prohibited purposes under Indian law.

2. Service Engagement

You agree to provide accurate business and campaign details for service delivery. We are not liable for delays or performance issues arising from incomplete or incorrect information you provide.

All campaigns are subject to our acceptance. We reserve the right to decline or cancel engagements at our discretion, including suspected fraud or non-compliance with our policies.

3. Payments

Full or agreed-upon partial payment must be made prior to the commencement of Services unless otherwise approved in writing. You confirm that all payment details provided are valid and belong to you or your business.

4. Refunds & Cancellations

Due to the nature of digital marketing campaigns — where ad spend is allocated immediately after onboarding — cancellations and refunds are not applicable once Services have commenced.
Only duplicate payments or billing errors are eligible for refunds, processed within 5–7 business days.

5. Liability

We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use or performance of our Services, including campaign performance fluctuations due to market conditions.

6. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
