Refund and Cancellation Policy

We aim to ensure clarity and transparency in our billing and service delivery.

1. Cancellations

Cancellations are not accepted once Services have commenced, as ad spend is funded from our own resources immediately after onboarding.
If you wish to cancel before campaign setup and ad spend allocation, contact us immediately — acceptance will be at our discretion.

2. Refunds

Refunds are only applicable in the following cases:

  • Duplicate payment made in error.

  • Verified billing error.

No refunds are applicable for completed or ongoing campaign periods, even if you choose to discontinue mid-term.

3. Refund Processing Time

Eligible refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method after validation.
